1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
• We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  Once the return product is received it will be inspected and the return will be approved within 2-5 days
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
• Due to the nature of our products, perishable items (such as saffron and dry fruits) cannot be returned if opened, unless there is a quality issue.

2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
• Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you promptly.

We have a 7 days policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Once the product is received it will be inspected and the replacement  will be approved within 7 days
After approving, the product will be deliver to you within 5 working days.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
